Training: 07-03-2013 Second day of Texas Method. Subbing an exercise

Today is the second day of following the Texas Method program. Because of the gym equipment in my gym I have decided to replaced GHR (Glute Ham Raises) or Back Extentions with Glute Bridges as I do not have a place to do GHR and the Back Extention machine is unfortunately not adjustabable and doesn’t fit me. Wednesday or the 2nd day of the week in Texas Method is a recovery day and as such the lifts are rather mundane.
