Training 14-02-2013

I have noticed something interesting in the last few training sessions.  I have felt my glutes firing, I am excited about this as it could mean that they was not previously engaged and now that they are it should result in more weight being moved.

The training today went generally ok, I hit all my target weight with the exception of the last rep in OHP.
