Training: 12-02-2013

Today mostly went well. I added another 2.5kg to the squat and with the except of a rep or two they were all good. The bench is back up to 70kg, although with it was with some difficulty, I might have to microload from now on.The power clean on the other hand was in shambles. All the warmup sets went well but then the time came to the working sets my head wasn’t in it anymore and I couldn’t get my technique together. I ended up with one lousy rep at 65kg after I had taken 2.5kg off.
