Training: 07/02/2013

Excellent training session today. I hit all my lifts and the 140kg deadlift have never looked so good. The key thing was that I was making sure that my shoulders was kept behind the bar. I was also trying out something I learned from Pavel Tsatsouline’s “Power to the people” book in that you should not look down at the barbell when you grap it but rather just lower your arms, you do this so you are not loosing tension.
