New chin-up PR

I ended up doing some pull-ups and chin-ups today, and the chins turned out to be a PR. I haven’t done chins properly in quite a while so it was nice to see it results in a new record.

My workout:

  • Walking:
    • 0:26:14.8 || 2 km || 12:51.4 min/km || flat (+35 pts)
  • Pull-Up:
    • 16 reps (+116 pts)
    • 10 reps (+81 pts)
