rest day, ab work + grip work

Another rest day, another day for ab and grip work. My grip must have still been lacking from yesterdays deadlift session because I was struggling with my Captains of Crush 1.0. I still haven’t managed to close it completely yet, but it have been close, not today though.

  • Walking:

  • Stretching:

  • Ab Wheel (kneeling):

  • Hand Gripper:
    • 0.1 kg x 5 reps (+6 pts)
    • 20 kg x 5 reps (+8 pts)
    • 20 kg x 5 reps (+8 pts)
